Ingredients
24 x pre made mini savoury pastry cases
220gm Ornelle Double Cream Brie
1/2 cup Sweet Beetroot Relish
Sprigs of rosemary
Method
Preheat the oven to 110°C
Line the pastry cases up on a lined baking tray
Add a dice sized chunk of brie and a generous teaspoon of Sweet Beetroot Relish, arranging so the cheese still shows
Place the tarts in the preheated oven, and warm until the cheese just starts to melt
Garnish with rosemary and serve!
