This is one of those simple recipes that proves a good relish can do a lot of heavy lifting. Our Gherkin Relish brings sweet crunch, tang, and a savoury little kick from our signature onion-infused spiced vinegar, while sour cream and cream cheese turn it into a creamy, scoopable dip.
It is perfect with crackers, chips, vege sticks, or as part of a relaxed platter. And if there happens to be any left over, spread it thickly in a sandwich, burger, or toastie for an instant flavour boost.

Ingredients
125g cream cheese
100g sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp Gherkin Relish
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill
Pepper to taste
Method
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth
Stir through relish, lemon juice, and seasonings
Chill for 30 minutes before serving
Serve with crackers, chips, or vege sticks ... or spread generously on a sandwich
